Matt has been building Private Equity Portfolio Operations functions since early 2016. Back then there were less than 70 Operating Partners in all of Europe and the ecosystem was a lot less developed than it is now. Fast forward to today and Matt has completed over 65 searches for his clients at levels ranging from Global Head and Partner, to Associate and with some of the largest funds ever, to family offices and search funds.
With the Portfolio Operations teams, Matt specialises in the “generalist’ - ex-consulting hires, the ‘growth’ or GTM hires, and has a significant spike in data hires into funds, having worked with and built many of the PE Data teams in Europe. Matt is building out the offering for Finance/M&A and People/Leadership Strategy & Talent with recent hires into these functional areas.
Prior to Greco, Matt worked for Investigo, where he built and ran their Pricing, Strategy and Private Equity businesses.
Outside of work Matt is a passionate golf nut (hcp 8), loves Southern Italy and taking his dog Roger for walks around Walthamstow.

Johnnie has spent the last decade focused on Private Equity recruitment, first from London and then New York before returning back to the UK and setting up Greco Advisors with Matt. His clients have ranged from some of the biggest names in PE to first-time funds. Specialising in Interim Management and Independent Consultants, Johnnie enjoys the pace and dexterity of that ecosystem and the impact they have on value creation for the funds.
Johnnie spends most of his spare time either riding his bike up and down the hills of Yorkshire or enjoying time with his daughter.

Dickon is focused on generalist value creation functions within private equity operations teams as well as transformation leadership positions across their associated portfolio companies.
Dickon has spent 8 years leading mid-senior level searches across strategy, transformation and M&A for both private equity funds, their portfolios as well as corporate clients. His typical placements include, Chief Transformation Officer, Portfolio Manager, Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff. Dickon has led multiple senior leadership searches across a range of sectors with a strong spike in financial services as an industry.
Outside of work, Dickon is keen cook and enjoys travelling to as many new countries as possible.

Alex has spent over half a decade in search, primarily working with private equity, venture capital-backed and listed businesses across the UK, Europe and globally to appoint CFOs and their direct reports.
Prior to Greco, Alex was a Consultant for an international technology-focused search firm that had a strong track record supporting clients from Seed to pre-IPO. Starting his search career at Eton Bridge Partners, Alex led Research & Delivery for the CFO Practice, where he advised and delivered on complex searches for clients ranging from start-ups through to global FTSE 100 corporates.
At Greco, Alex is focused on driving transformation and excellence across research, delivery & operations. He is particularly passionate about candidate and client care, as well as exploring how technology can be leveraged to streamline the overall search process.
Outside of work, Alex is a keen (indoor) climber, loves experimenting with new (mainly vegan) recipes and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.

Anna initially worked for Greenwood Executive and moved over to Greco Advisors when the business merged with Reuleaux Search.
She works as an executive researcher across both the interim and permanent desks, helping us find the best possible candidates for our clients. Anna lives in Lincolnshire with her family and their labrador, Olive, and loves running and cooking.

Jake has over 7 years experience building Engineering, Product, Data, and Cyber teams for private equity and venture capital-backed technology businesses. Jake has delivered multiple senior leadership searches within this space, with a particular focus on landing businesses in the UK and Europe for the first time.
At Greco Jake works with our private equity clients to build Tech, Product, Cyber, and Data portfolio operations teams and then supports these teams with permanent C-Level hiring at the portfolio level. Jake’s typical hires include – Chief Data and Data Science Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Product Officer alongside specific team builds when appropriate.
Outside of work, Jake is a keen sportsman and can often be found playing football and cricket on weekends.

Dan holds a chartered accountant qualification, backed by a track record spanning over 15 years in the corporate world. His experience covers a wide spectrum of financial aspects, including finance management, control, reporting, and strategic planning. Notably, he spent seven of those years in the Recruitment sector, serving at the director level. During this time, he helped to grow a company from its start-up phase to achieving annual revenues exceeding £100 million.
He joins Greco Advisor as a consultant Finance Director where he will oversee the day-to-day financial operations and contribute to the company's growth strategies.
Dan resides in London, where he shares his home with his wife, daughter, and a white Bichon Frise!

Harry possesses more than seven years of expertise, primarily dedicated to collaborating with private equity funds and portfolio companies. His focus has been on identifying executive and senior interim talent across various domains, including strategy, transformation, and finance. Presently, Harry is dedicated to assisting funds in securing accomplished professionals for the Office of the CFO.
Before joining Greco, Harry played a key role in establishing and leading the Business Development function at Freshminds. Outside of his professional pursuits in London, Harry finds enjoyment in spending time outdoors in Sussex.

Nicole has over 10 years’ experience working within corporate and technology sectors, supporting C- Suite executives. With a passion for organising and building key relationships, her experience as a freelance assistant over recent years has enabled her to build on her network and provide the best service with credibility.
Nicole joins Greco as EA to the Co-founders and Project Coordinator, helping to drive and support the growth of the team and business.
Nicole lives in Hertfordshire and spends most of her time running after her two girls, but also loves cooking and dining out with her husband and socialising with friends. A musician at heart with a passion for the theatre!

Lucy has joined Greco as part the Interim CFO practice. She brings three years of experience placing C-Suite and above candidates into Venture Capital and Private Equity backed businesses across Life Science and Technology Industries. At Greco, her focus will be identifying and securing senior interim CFO talent.
Outside of the office Lucy is based in Cambridgeshire enjoying countryside living along with playing hockey on the weekends.

Tom is focused on generalist value creation functions within private equity operations teams and their portfolio companies.
Tom has spent over 8 years leading mid-senior level interim and independent consulting engagements for private equity funds, portfolio companies, and other privately owned and corporate clients. Typical requirements include interim C-Suite and C-1 roles in transformation, strategy, general management and M&A, as well as ad hoc strategy, due diligence, and PMO assignments. Tom has worked extensively with current and former strategy consultants across all sectors.
In his free time Tom enjoys cooking, playing squash and reading about history.

Lottie has joined Greco as part of the executive search team and is focused on building Portfolio Operations teams within private equity funds. She brings seven years of experience working in recruitment and search, most recently placing mid-level investment professionals into PE funds, specifically with mid-market and large-cap private equity clients.
At Greco, her focus will be on partnering with PE funds to identify and secure Operating professionals from VP to Partner level.Outside of the office, Lottie lives in Southwest London and enjoys staying active by running and playing tennis in Battersea Park. When she can, she enjoys escaping to Dorset to explore new coastal walks.

Natalie holds a BA in Politics and Spanish from the University of Bristol. She began her career in executive search focused exclusively on the mining industry, where she conducted site-based and corporate searches across Europe, Africa, North America, and South America. Additionally, she has worked on pre-investment due diligence projects for resource funds.
Her experience in the mining sector cultivated a specific focus on ESG topics and Sustainability. At Greco, she is eager to expand upon this area in a dynamic and impactful manner. Furthermore, Natalie is motivated to develop extensive networks across the private equity industry and is passionate about finding the best candidates for our clients.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys dining out with friends, reading and painting.

Christian has a BSC in Politics and International Relations and an MSC in Business Management from the University of Exeter.
He has spent the last 2 years working within the interim market conducting sourcing and evaluating senior talent for F200 companies. In his prior role, he supported all aspects of the project lifecycle from deal development to project close across sectors and functions.
At Greco, his focus will be identifying and placing senior talent across strategy, transformation, and technology functions.
Outside of work, Christian enjoys watching or playing an array of sports, going to the cinema with friends and attending concerts.

Andreea has a psychology degree from the University of Bristol and since graduating, has spent the last year and a half working within Private Equity search; particularly placing CFOs across Europe and the UK in portfolio businesses of Private Equity funds.
At Greco, Andreea has joined as a consultant, working on the permanent desk. She is focused on sourcing and delivering key talent figures our PE clients need to drive further value creation. Prior to her role at Greco, Andreea started her journey as an Associate, delivering CFOs on complex, industry-wide, searches for mid-market and large CAP PE clients.
Andreea is an ex-athlete, having played Volleyball at high level for over 9 years. She has recently stopped playing intensely but maintains this by training regularly for enjoyment. She also enjoys painting, reading and spending time with her lovely Cockapoo.

Ben has joined Greco as part of the permanent technology practise to work with private equity clients to build Tech, Product, Cyber, and Data portfolio operations teams, supporting them with C-Level hiring at the portfolio level.
Ben brings 7 years recruitment experience working across a range of functions and seniorities, most recently coming from an established search environment focussing on ‘growth level’ go-to-market positions for VC backed clients. He is particularly passionate about process and candidate care and ensuring a slick and well delivered search process.
Outside of work he can be found buzzing around Regents Park on his bike in the mornings, doing his best to singlehandedly support several independent coffee shops or trying his hand at cooking from his home near Victoria Park.

Shilpi joins Greco as an Advisor to support the growth and development of Greco’s research function, as well as provide coaching to the leadership team. Shilpi has a nearly 20-year research career and has worked for one of the leading global search firms, Egon Zehnder, which culminated in her leading Research for Financial services out of London and managing a large team of associates and consultants.
She brings extensive knowledge of best-in-class processes and a wealth of experience handling complex, multi-geography projects with some of the largest and most well-known Financial Services businesses and Private Equity Funds.
